The petitioner, a Law student has submitted Ext.P3 application seeking transfer from K.M.C.T. Law College, Kuttipuram to the Government Law College, Thrissur. She complains that no orders have been passed thereon, till date. 2. The Standing Counsel for the University submits that the petitioner's application would be considered and final orders would be passed thereon within a period of three weeks.
In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 application and to pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three weeks of the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
