Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.908 of 2014 of the Mararikulam Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that in the investigation, it has been revealed that the case forwarded by the defacto complainant is false. The investigating officer is about to file a report for referring the matter.
By recording that the petitioner need not have any apprehension of arrest in connection with the said crime, this bail application is closed.
