JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. Heard both sides.
2. No notice is being issued to the 5th respondent in view of the order which is being passed in this Writ Petition.
3. Petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to afford sufficient police protection to the life of the petitioners. Petitioner's case is that their marriage was on 11-9- 2014. The 5th respondent who was known to the 2nd petitioner although participated in the marriage ceremony of the petitioners has been making defamatory statements and W.P.C. No. 29389 of 2014 2 threatening the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Pleader submits that on a complaint received from the petitioners, the 5th respondent was called and has been warned. He also submits that police is keeping appropriate vigil.
5. In view of the above statement, we see no reason to continue this Writ Petition any further. We observe that in the event there is any threat or offence at the hands of the 5th respondent, it is open for the petitioners to file a fresh complaint to the police authorities who shall look into the same.
This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
