The only contention raised by the petitioner is that his vehicle may be examined and the tax endorsed in accordance with the amendment made as per Ext.P3. 2. Having heard both sides, there shall be a direction to the effect that the petitioner shall produce the vehicle before the Registering Authority within a period of two weeks from today and the same shall be considered and endorsement made, within a period of one month thereafter.

Writ petition disposed of.
