Both parties in the appeals have arrived at a settlement as evident from I.A. No.3083/2014 filed in Mat.Appeal No. 539/2010.

2. We heard learned counsel on both sides.

3. We record the settlement agreement Annexure I and the appeals are disposed of as settled. The decrees and judgments will stand modified accordingly. Annexure I will be appended to the decree.
