Prasanna vs State

1. Learned advocate Mr. Purohit for the applicant states that charge-sheet is already filed, pending hearing of this application and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this application with a view to move the Trial Court for regular bail application, as charge-sheet is filed.

2. In view of above, applicant is permitted to withdraw this application and application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with a liberty to approach Trial Court for regular bail in accordance with law.

3. It is made clear that this application is not heard on merit.
