O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. No representation even when the matter is called again in the post lunch session. Even on the last date of hearing i.e., on 22.03.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On the previous dates of hearing i.e., on 18.12.2018, the matter was adjourned at the instance of learned SPP-II. Even earlier to that, learned counsel for the petitioner remained continuously absent on 15.12.2018 and 12.12.2018 indicating that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.
Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
