JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.KL-25-A- 6012 has been seized alleging violation of the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008. The petitioner seeks release of the vehicle.
In view of the above, the petitioner shall approach the District Collector, Alappuzha for interim custody of the vehicle. The District Collector, Alappuzha shall release the vehicle on furnishing security for 1.5 times of the value of the vehicle.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
