Petitioner's vehicle tipper lorry bearing registration No. KL-42-D-4426 has been seized by the respondent. It seems that vehicle has been found in abandoned stage in the road.

Considering the nature of report in Ext.P2, there shall be a direction to the respondent to release the vehicle on executing a simple bond and being satisfied that petitioner is entitled for release of the vehicle, which shall be done within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. However, it is made clear that this will not stand in the way of respondent prosecuting the petitioner in accordance with law.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
