Prasad vs State Of Kerala

Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. The petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.206/2014 of Manjeshwar Police Station. According to him, he is apprehending arrest in connection with the said crime. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the investigation is over and the final report has already been filed before the court below. The petitioner can approach the court below for regular bail.

With the above said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
