The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in U.P. Police recruitment for the year 2009 petitioner has been awarded less marks though he has answered the questions correctly.
In this regard he has submitted representation dated 19.5.2010. The only grievance of the petitioner is that his aforesaid representation is not being decided and therefore a suitable direction be issued for its early disposal. Learned Standing counsel has no objection to it.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the authority concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner by a speaking order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
Petition disposed of.
