We passed the following order on 9 February 2017:- "Learned counsel for both parties seek adjournment. Post on 24.02.2017 for final disposal. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted at any cost and the matter would be decided on the basis of available materials on the next date of hearing, if the learned counsel is not ready."
