The plaintiff has not come forward to record the evidence inspite of several hearings, even though the defendants were already set ex-parte. Even today, the plaintiff is absent, whereas the learned counsel on record for the plaintiff submitted that she has also sent a communication to the plaintiff and filed affidavit of service before this Court, but the plaintiff did not turn up. Hence, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
