JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has to file an undertaking that he will continue to pay Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as ordered by the trial Court from this month itself. On filing such undertaking, interim relief as prayed for in terms of Para 7(B) is granted. If petitioner fails to pay an amount of maintenance for any month, respondent wife shall be entitled to execute the interim order.
