1. Impleadment application filed today, is taken on record. It is treated to have been allowed.
2. Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Anadi Krishna Narayan, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the society namely Jeevan Surabhi Flat Owners' Association Kalyanpur, Kanpur Nagar.
3. At present, it appears that the petitioners who are residents of C - Block of Jeevan Surabhi Flat Owners' Association Kalyanpur, Kanpur Nagar. They further claim to have filed objections referable to Section 12-D of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 before respondent no.2- Deputy Registrar, Firm Societies and Chits, Kanpur. These objections are in the nature seeking cancellation of the registration of the society. The objections are stated to be pending since 30.10.2018 and 05.12.2018. Copies of the same have been annexed with the present writ petition.
4. In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present writ petition pending any further or calling for counter affidavit.
5. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2- Deputy Registrar, Firm Societies and Chits, Kanpur to decide the petitioners' objection as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after affording due opportunity of hearing to all necessary and affected parties.
