The petitioner claims that he was selected and appointed on the post of Principal of Sri Shiv Prasad Sanskrit Uchchatar Madhyamik Vidyalay, Varipur, Mirzapur. The Management has forwarded the papers relating thereto to the District Inspector of Schools for obtaining financial approval by letter dated 14.3.2018/20.3.2018. Since no decision has been taken in the matter so far, therefore, the instant petition has been filed.
Learned standing counsel states that the second respondent will take decision in the matter within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, without entering into merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass a speaking order within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order alongwith a fresh representation.
