Heard Shri K. Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 5.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 28.4.2017 whereby the claim of the petitioner for grant of salary of the post of Assistant Teacher (Sanskrit) has been rejected. The petitioner states that the impugned order has been passed by the Dy Director of Education (Sanskrit), Allahabad and he may be permitted to approach the respondent no. 2-Director of Education (Secondary), U.P. Lucknow against the impugned order.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2-Director of Education (Secondary), U.P. Lucknow against the impugned order.
