Heard Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court being a Gram Pradhan that the respondent Authorities are proposing to dig upon in the Plot Nos. 458 and 467 situated in Village Sarayghasi, Tehsil Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahar, which is in-fact reserved for harijan abadi and therefore they be restrained from digging the pond in the plots in question.
It is to be noted that for the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has remedy under the Land Revenue Act and get the land demarcated. In writ proceedings, no such direction can be given.
The writ petition is mus-conceived and is accordingly dismissed.
