2. Petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Cr.No.4/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 8, 13(1)(D) read with 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent- Lokayuktha submits that after completion of investigation, charge sheet is laid against the petitioner on 26.09.2015 and the proceedings are pending on the file of Special Court at Chikkamagalur in Spl.C.C.No.54/2015 and the matter is set down for cross examination of PW 1 to 5.
In view of these developments, no justifiable grounds to quash the FIR as sought for by the petitioner. Hence, petition is dismissed.
