The contention of Sri Chandra Nath Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner is that by resolution dated 11.5.2018, the name of one Jas Ram, whose arrayed as opposite party no. 7, has been recommended for appointment as fair price shop dealer of village panchayat,Sakatpur District, Amroha. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the aforesaid resolution is illegal and no appointment can be made on the foot of the aforesaid proposal. He has submitted a representation to the respondents no. 3 and 4 in this regard.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the contentions raised by the petitioner need verification by a fact finding authority.
In view of the submissions made at the Bar, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hasanpur, Amorha is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with fresh copy of the representation.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
