Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Rajesh Yadav, counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
The instant writ petition is directed against the orders dated 05.04.2018 and 13.08.2018 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Behat, District Saharanpur and Additional Commissioner (Administration) IInd, Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur, respectively.
A plantation lease was granted in favour of the petitioner. This lease has been cancelled on the ground that instead of planting trees, the petitioner was in fact cultivating the land.
Despite strenuous arguments, counsel for the petitioner could not point out anything which would render the finding of fact recorded in the impugned orders, perverse.
Accordingly, the impugned orders are found to be perfectly justified and cannot be interfered with.
The writ petition is without merit and is dismissed.
