1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents have made encroachment over a public road.
3. While no positive direction may be issued by the Court for the relief so claimed, it is left open to the petitioner to make a proper application in that regard under Sections 25/26 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, before the respondent no.4/Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj, District - Azamgarh. If such application is filed in a manner prescribed, within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the same may be heard and decided, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing that application, after hearing all necessary parties.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition is disposed of.
