Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
I have perused the Gang chart. Applicant is shown to be involved in two cases, case crime nos. 405 of 2000 under Section 364 IPC and case crime no. 27 of 2009 under sections 379, 411 of I.P.C in which he has been granted bail. Copy of bail orders are annexed as annexure 3 to the affidavit filed in support of bail application. He is also on bail in another cases mentioned in paragraph 10 of the Bail Application.
Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is allowed.
Let the applicant Pramod @ Parama @ Virendra Singh, son of Girand Singh Yadav involved in case crime no. 31 of 2009 (G.S.T. No. 661 of 2009) under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Bah, District Agra be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
