Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer pressed on this application is for expeditious disposal of an application for interim injunction.
However the Court notes that at the petitioner's own instance, the Court passed an order on 20 May 2016 for disposal of an application made by him for appointment of a receiver over the suit property in precedence of all other pending applications.
Viewed in that light the Court finds no ground to issue any peremptory direction except to observe that the concerned Court shall proceed with expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
The writ petition shall stand disposed of.
