Heard Sri Ram Awadh Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the instant application and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed. However, I find no illegality in the impugned order dated 21.8.2017 whereby the trial court has refused to summon the Zild Panchayatnama as prayed for by the accused during pendency of trial.
