Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
A Public Interest Litigation was disposed of on 04.05.2015 taking note of the allegation that encroachments had been made on plot no. 153 which was reserved for a public utility.
The Court notes that along with the compliance affidavit are annexed final orders passed under Section 122-B of the UPZA&LR Act.
In view thereof nothing further survives on this petition. The petition stands disposed of.
