Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been considered for promotion on the basis of adverse entry pertaining to the year 2012 in this regard, the petitioner has also made a detailed representation before the respondent No. 3 which has not been decided.
In view of the disputed questions of facts, the Court cannot go into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, at this stage, the Court deems appropriate to direct the respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 12.10.2018 filed by the petitioner within 3 weeks of production of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to file a fresh copy of the representation along with a certified copy of the order.
