Heard Sri R.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Nitin Agarwal, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record..
The relief sought in this petition is for issuing a direction to the respondent authorities to conclude the investigation with respect to the F.I.R. dated 9.5.2019 registered as case crime no. 102 of 2019 under section 366 I.P.C., police station Kadar Chauk, District Budaun expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case. He lodged the F.I.R. on 9.5.2019 but till date no action was taken by the respondent authorities on the said F.I.R., hence he filed the present petition.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the F.I.R. is only of 9.5.2019.
After having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we do not find any good ground for interference in the matter in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Versus State of U.P. and others reported in AIR 2008 (2) SC 409.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed at this stage.
