Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 and Sri Anil Kumar Singh for the respondent no.4.
The petitioner claims himself to be selected candidate from the U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board (in short "the Board") as L.T. Grade (Math Teacher). The petitioner has been allotted the institution, namely, Rastriya Inter College, Ranapur Haidargarh, Barabanki, but the Committee of Management has not allowed the petitioner to join as another selected candidate namely Santosh S/o Ram Sevak is already functioning in the institution.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may move a representation to the Board raising his grievance and the Board shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before it.
