1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his restoration/recall application filed in Mutation Case No. 388/418 of 2005-2010 (Gulabi Devi Vs. Gomti Devi), filed under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, before respondent no.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Handia, Disrict- Prayagraj, has remained pending since 25.04.2013.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Handia, Disrict- Prayagraj, to decide the petitioner's restoration/recall application filed in the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and cooperates in the proceedings.
