The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Misc. Civil Appeal No. 60 of 2011 within a specified time frame.
The appeal in question has been filed by the petitioners and is stated to be pending since long time.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the Appellate Court to decide the appeal expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
