This writ petition has been filed against the award of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal dated 07.10.2020 and order dated 06.02.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle. It is further contended that the order passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal is an ex-parte order.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record.
As the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle, he has an remedy of approaching the concerned authority for recall of the order. Moreover, writ petition against an award of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal is not maintainable before this Court.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed.
