After some argument, counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to challenge the order of temporary injunction in an appeal before a court of competent pecuniary jurisdiction.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
