This application has been filed for restoration of the writ petition and recall of order dated 28.9.2016 dismissing the case for want of prosecution. It is duly supported by an affidavit which says that the clerk of counsel could not mark the case in the cause list, hence the counsel for the petitioner could not appear before this Court. The reasons given are sufficient.
The order dated 28.9.2016 is recalled.
The writ petition is restored to its original number.
