This petition for writ is preferred to have an appropriate writ, order or direction for construction of Panchayat Bhawan at a specific land.
Suffice to state that respondents have already earmarked a land for the purpose and are constructing a Panchayat Bhawan thereon. The place where the Panchayat Bhawan is required to be constructed is a matter that is to be considered and decided by the respondents Authorities and not by this Court. It would also be appropriate to state that convenience of few people in raising construction of Panchayat Bhawan at a specific place can not be a reason for interference in executive decision of the respondent.
No interference, as such, in the instant matter is warranted.
The writ petition is dismissed.
