Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondents.
The petitioners have preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter-alia with the following prayers:-
I. Issue a order or direction to set a side the order/judgement dated 23.04.2019 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Bhadohi Gyanpur in Case No.937 of 2018 (Pramod Kumar Singh and another Vs. Umashankar Yadav and others) and order/judgement dated 07.04.2021 passed by District Judge Bhadohi in Appeal No.13 of 2019 (Pramod Kumar Singh and another Vs. Umashankar Yadav and others).
II. Issue a order, or direction to affirm the interim injunction order dated 12.10.20218 granted by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) District Bhadohi Gyanpur in favour of the petitioners.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
Prayer is allowed.
The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
It is made clear that no liberty is granted to file fresh petition for the relief sought in the present petition.
