The petitioner is challenging the selection held by respondent no.2 who is in-charge of Faizabad Division.
The writ petition is, therefore, cognizable by the Lucknow Bench of this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition before the appropriate Court.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
