1. Heard Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State of U.P.
2. Applicants have invoked jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "Cr.P.C.") with a prayer to quash charge sheet dated 23.02.2006 as well as proceedings of Case Crime No.11 0f 2006, under Sections-498-A, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station-Chakeri, District-Kanpur Nagar.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants stated that parties have entered into compromise and they are ready and willing to file compromise before the Court below.
4. If that be so, it is open to applicants to move appropriate application before Court below, and Court below is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
5. With aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
