JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M. Application No. 61106 of 2014) This is an application for correction of order dated 03.07.2014.
Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that due to typographical mistake in the order dated 03.07.2014, in third line of paragraph 4 "Sitapur" has been typed in place of "Hardoi", therefore, necessity of filing present application arose.
On due consideration, application is allowed.
In the order dated 03.07.2014, in third line of paragraph 4 "Hardoi" be read in place of "Sitapur".
Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant prays for and is granted two weeks' further time from today for compliance of the order dated 03.07.2014.
