The petitioner seeks consideration of his claim for grant of regularization on Group-C post i.e. on the post of Computer Operator/Junior Assistant/Junior Clerk pursuant to the Uttar Pradesh Regularization of Persons Working on Daily Wages or On Work Charge or On Contract In Government Departments On Group 'C' and Group 'D' Posts (Outside the Purview of The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission) Rules, 2016. With reference to the details of working of the petitioner appended as Annexure no.2 to the writ petition, it is contended that the petitioner is working since the year 2001 on daily wage basis.
There are artificial breaks in the working of the petitioner which are liable to ignored.
Only prayer made during the course of argument is to issue a direction to the competent authority to decide the claim of the petitioner within stipulated period.
To this prayer, learned Standing Counsel raises no objection.
In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Chief Conservator of Forest, Chitrakoo Dham, Region Banda to decide the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with Uttar Pradesh Regularization of Persons Working on Daily Wages or On Work Charge or On Contract In Government Departments On Group 'C' and Group 'D' Posts (Outside the Purview of The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission) Rules, 2016 and pass a reasoned and speaking order, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
