Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Diwakar Singh for the Gaon Sabha, respondent no. 6.
The grievance of the petitioner is that an appeal filed by him against an order passed in proceedings under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code filed in 2018 has not been disposed of till date.
It has also been submitted that the matter is otherwise ripe for hearing.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent no. 2 may decide the pending case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
