By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed for issue of a writ, order of direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report as case crime No. 20 of 2012, Under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 504, 506, 120B I.P.C. registered at Police Station Mohana District Lucknow as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this Writ petition so far as it relates to the petitioner.
It is the matter of investigation.
It is accordingly dismissed.
