JUDGMENT / ORDER

As prayed by Shri Hemant Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, put up this case on 1.10.2021 as fresh in order to enable him to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the charge sheet as well as the reply submitted by the petitioner to the said charge sheet disciplinary proceedings held against the petitioner which culminated in the order dated 9.9.2021.
