This petition for writ is preferred to have appropriate writ, order or direction for respondents to remove encroachment of Khata No. 41, Gata No. 534 Kha/0.13 Decimal and Khata No. 41, Gata No. 172 Kha/0.08 Decimal Mauja non Z.A. situated in Gihar Colony, Qusba and Tehsil Kurawali, District Mainpuri.
Having considered the nature of the relief claimed, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by relegating the petitioner to agitate his cause before the District Magistrate, Mainpuri. The petitioner if submits any representation ventilating his grievance alongwith a certified copy of this order within a period of six weeks before the District Magistrate, Mainpuri, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law by the District Magistrate, Mainpuri within a period of three months subsequent thereto.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
