Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
It is not disputed that pursuant to the order of the writ Court dated 3 April 2018, the appeal was preferred only on 14 April 2018.
Additionally the Court notes that the terms of disposal as framed by the writ Court were not couched in mandatory terms.
Consequently this Court refuses to initiate proceedings in contempt at this stage. However it is left open to the applicant to approach again if the disposal of the appeal is inordinately delayed.
