1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner claims to have filed a revision on 16.10.2001 under Section 27(4) of the U.P. Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1960 which is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Administrative (IV), Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur (respondent no. 2) being Case No. 1/109/2000/01 (Computer Case no. C20010500001173).
3. Without entering the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the aforesaid revision is still pending before the respondent no. 2, the same may be heard and decided, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of the order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all affected parties.
