[1] It is submitted by learned APP that in this matter charge sheet will be filed.
[2] Considering above fact, learned advocate for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw present application with a liberty to file fresh bail application after filing of charge sheet before the Trial Court. Permission is granted. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with above liberty. Rule discharged.
[3] If any fresh application is preferred by the applicants after filing of charge sheet before the Trial Court, in that event, Trial Court will consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier passed by the Trial court as well as order passed by this Court today.
