Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Anuj Bajpai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.6.
Learned counsel for the respondents inform that when proceedings were initiated by the Chief Revenue Officer and the petitioner's name etc. was found to be fraudulently there on CH Form-45 by the order dated 31.7.2021, then the petitioner had filed a Recall Application. Learned counsel for the respondents further has informed that proceedings on the said Recall Application were going on and notices were also served on the opposite parties.
Under such circumstances, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.
However, it is being directed that the Recall Application which the petitioner had filed for the recalling of the order dated 31.7.2021 be decided expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Till the decision on the Recall Application, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
