This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2/Tehsildar, Tamkuhiraj, District Kushi Nagar to decide the proceeding of Mutation Case No. T201805440310352) Pramila Devi vs. Rameshwar 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Mauja Udpur, Pargana Mahul, Tehsil Phoolpur, District- Kushi Nagar pending before it expeditiously within a period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation application filed in the year 2015 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Tehsildar, Tamkuhiraj, District Kushi Nagar to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
