The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Revision No. 157/M of 2012-2018 (C20121500000658) (Premashrai Rai and others vs. Satya Narayan and others) be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No. 157/M of 2012-2018 (C20121500000658) shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
